According to Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor, the single-engine biplane lost power for an as-yet-unknown reason and came to rest upside-down in a field owned by the Pombo family along Mancuso Road.
Gregor explained that the pilot walked away from the crash uninjured, though the plane was “substantially damaged.”
The Grumman G164B crop duster is registered to Trinkle Ag Flying Inc. on Kasson Road, which has a hangar near Deuel Vocational Institution.
A representative at Trinkle Ag Flying Inc. declined to comment.
The FAA is investigating the cause of the crash.

Seriously? Now that is small minded.
Is there anything in this town Pombo doesn't own?
Like many people in town there is more than one Pombo. Well over 15 of em. And no, Richard Pombo doesn't own everythang in town.
How many people in th Tracy area have the same last name as you?
"I just looked at the address PuppyDogg (Poppy?) gave."
Okay LAM75, I give. Why the (Poppy?) after my name?
