Police went to Monument Car Parts, 208 E. 11th St., at 8:32 a.m. Thursday for a report of a man with a knife in the warehouse of the business.

The man reportedly grabbed a shovel and chased the caller out. Employees from the business followed the man down 11th Street and held him for police, who arrested him on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, attempted robbery and use of a weapon while committing a felony.

Fahim Nasiri was booked into San Joaquin County Jail and held on $155,000 bail, pending a court date Monday in Manteca.

Tracy police logged 130 calls Thursday, including the following reports:

9:11 a.m.: Police received a report that 15-year-old girl was in a sexual relationship with a 24-year-old man, and one of the girl’s parents told police that the man had passed along a disease to the teen.

2:16 p.m.: A woman told police that during her morning jog, someone focused a red laser beam on her chest and held it there while she ran. She told police the beam appeared to come from the second floor of a house on the 1400 block of Egret Drive. Police went there to check it out, but nobody was home.

5:11 p.m.: A woman reported that her 1995 Honda Accord had been stolen from the 800 block of West Grant Line Road after she left it parked there the night before. Police took a report.

6:00 p.m.: Police responded to a dispute between neighbors on the first block of East Ninth Street. One woman said that her neighbor, possibly drunk or on drugs, was cursing and spitting at her children. The other woman called police and said there is an ongoing conflict between their children. One woman then accused the other’s daughter of stealing the landlord’s nail gun and using it to vandalize the fence. After an officer looked into it, the woman admitted that she hadn’t seen anyone take the nailgun, but she assumed her neighbor’s daughter had taken it. Police advised both women to try to avoid each other.

6:17 p.m.: Someone reported two men trying to get into cars in the parking lot of West Valley Mall, 3200 Naglee Road. The caller said one of the men smashed the window of car and took something. Police found a couple of cars that had been vandalized but couldn’t confirm whether anything had been stolen.

6:23 p.m.: A man told police that another man on the 2900 block of Elsinore Drive had threatened to kill him after being served with divorce papers.

8:20 p.m.: A man told police he was attacked in the drive-through lane of Jack in the Box, 1935 W. 11th St. The caller said a man got out of a truck and tried to pull him out of his car. Police tracked down the alleged assailant based on the license plate of his truck, but the caller decided to not press charges.

11:25 p.m.: A group of about seven young people got in a fight at MacArthur and Yosemite drives. Police found them and took down their names, but only one had any past offenses.

11:46 p.m.: Someone reported that about 20 people, some with knives, were fought during a party on the 1900 block of Egret Drive. All but a couple were gone when police arrived, and nobody at the scene would tell officers who was involved. Police did find a 16-year-old boy who had been hit in the mouth, and his mother came to pick him up.

What is this? No comment about the arrest of Fahim Nasiri for breaking into Monument Auto parts and brandishing a knife? Could that be it's because he's not Latio? Come on TCY1 you're falling down on the job.

@ lisham316

-- Your ignorance, is showing. In case you didn't read the article, as it appears you did NOT. It CLEARY says the teens parents called police and ONE of them told the police she had been given an STD by the guy. YOU obviously missed the train for the information highway.

In MY 1st comment, most of what I was saying were QUESTIONS! I was asking about the situation and why certain thing did not take place and some were allowed. SO!

Also, I made a comment on the guy's "SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP" with the girl. Which, if you knew how to read, that was REPORTED by the paper, not by me making things up. In case you didn't notice, everyone else who wrote about this report, they too said there was a "relationhip" between the two and there was something very wrong with it. So, why you jumped on me is not understood? Hmmm, maybe because you are the guy or a relative or his or of the girl and just can't seem to face the facts of this being WRONG!

NOTHING in the report was said about the mother specifically, nor the Mother "finding out and then putting a stop to it because she didn't approve and that's that". LMAO Your really not smart are you? I mean if she didn't approve and "put a stop it and that's that", then WHY were the police called? Why was STD's mentioned? Come on, really? YOU are the one who put that in here, not anyone else. So, YOU should NOT comment about things in which YOU do NOT KNOW nor can COMPREHEND!

And, for the record, a SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP CAN BE construed as DATING! So, before you try to berate people who have a CLEAR understanding of the English language and comprehension of such. You should go to School and learn how to do it yourself. Thanks for the laugh. =)

A 24 year old is/was in a sexual relationship with a 15 year old? Am I the only one who has a problem with this? Put him in jail!

I think that before you people start commenting on things u need to know whats really going on here...first of all it wasnt the teens parent that called the cops... and to "mysay" u dont know what ur talking about... ur saying the two were dating for how long...when they werent "dating" ...as soon as the mother found out about it it was over... she didnt approve of it...she stopped it and thats it... so i dont think u should give ur opinion unless u know ALL the facts... thank you!!!

Fast foreward, three days later: 11:25 p.m.: A group of about seven young people got in a fight at MacArthur and Yosemite drives. Police found them and took down their names, but only one had any past offenses.

What must the other six young people do, to be charged with an offence. Shouldn't five youths attacking 2 smaller youths be an offence?

Taking names will instill the fear of what?

-Maybe the person wanted to "phone home"?

I agree! I mean come on, they ONLY complained to police BECAUSE the girl got an STD? Yet, they've know about this R/S for how long and didn't care for how long? And, that's not even talking about any of the other factors. Such as WHY this guy hasn't been NOT arrested for statuatory rape? I don't think there's ANY type of "consent" here. She's 15, he's 24. What's the problem? This is too fishy to me. I would think the parents should have more things to be focusing on here then the STD. But, then again, if they've gone along with this r/S until now, then I'd say maybe THEY need to be looked at. Just my thought.

I think there are other concerns the parents should have besides a disease being passed along...seriously!
