It is not nice to fool around with her husband, but it is more rude to call him a dog....try not wearing Victoria's Secret in front of open window!

usn-cmc, I am sorry! You are totally right. It is breaking and entering. See, I thought the man owned the private pool house and someone called the police to report him showering in it. There is the peeping Tom. I didn't realize this shower was not his, and he deserved to be dealt with by the cops. My mistake commentators...

One should'nt cast aspersions. But this scenario smells of low class re both participants.

At the very least, it's trespass. And if the pool house was secure and the guy broke in, that might be breaking and entering. Tho it doesn't seem 'criminal' to have someone showering in a private pool house, he WAS on private property without the owner's consent. 'Silliness aside', if the guy hadn't been reported and fell in the shower, imagine the lawsuit the homeowner would face from that unwelcome, tho very clean man.

Number 1: It is a 'private' pool house.

Number 2: What are you looking anyway?

Number 3: Kinda funny to me: Peerless Way.

This must be in the backyard, so I wonder what the police can do? I do not see how this can disturb the caller? If it does, don't look.
