The bride-to-be, daughter of Jim and Tina Leeper of Tracy, graduated from West High School in 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2009 from California State University, Sacramento. She works as a registered nurse at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Her sister is Jennifer Patel.
Andrew, son of Brent and Lynda Ives of Tracy, graduated from Tracy High School in 2003 and received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from California State University, Sacramento, in 2008. He works in management for Enterprise. His sisters are Lyndsy Frederick and Kristy Mann.
The couple met through mutual friends during college. After dating for three years, they were engaged in March at the “Top of the World” in the Altamont foothills, overlooking their future home in Tracy.
The couple will honeymoon on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
