The woman picked up a knife and stabbed the man in the chest, the caller said. He was taken to the hospital but declined treatment.
Police arrested the 24-year-old woman on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

Sunday (129 calls):
12:19 a.m.: Police arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of public drunkenness after a caller reported a guy “stumbling around” near Wing Stop, 1988 W. 11th St.
1:54 a.m.: A caller reported gunfire near Reed and Sons, 4171 Industrial Way. Police detained seven people at gunpoint, and found a “shell casing.” No arrest was made.
2:52 a.m.: A caller reported several people were in front of a vacant home on the 1600 block of Ray Wise Lane. Two guys walked into the garage of the home, owned by someone who works at the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office, and another neighbor said two women were taking things from the home. Police questioned six people but made no arrests.
4:33 a.m.: A caller reported seeing her neighbor’s truck parked on the 1400 block of Brighton Drive with its doors open, and that it might have been burglarized. Police got ahold of the owner, who said he forgot to close a door to the pickup. He thanks an officer for letting him know it was open.
5:25 a.m.: A caller reported his brother “smashed a bottle on his face” on the 1300 block of Windsong Drive.
6:37 a.m.: A woman told police she caught her husband at a bar last night and told him not to come home to 1800 block of Laurelgrove Lane. She told police there would be domestic violence if officers “did not get there now.” An officer said had no power to make her husband leave, and she said she’d “take care of it herself.” She later told officers to leave because they “are no help,” and she left the home.
8:12 a.m.: Police warned a man about stalking and trespassing after a woman on the 900 block of Wall Street said he ex-husband showed up at her home and refused to leave.
8:33 a.m.: A caller reported a man punched a pregnant woman in the stomach “and then in the face” on the 600 block of Palm Circle. Police failed to find the man.
9:20 a.m.: Police arrested a 36-year-old man, a 31-year-old woman and a 19-year-old woman on outstanding warrants after a caller reported a man “with a gun earlier” beat his wife on the 600 block of Palm Circle.
11:25 a.m.: A classroom at Millennium High School, 51 Beverly Place, was burglarized, a caller said.
11:47 a.m.: A landlord told police “previous tenants” vandalized the property and “left it unsecured” on the 700 block of Chestnut Avenue.
12:37 p.m.: A caller reported a drunken driver in a Toyota Camry was “sideswiping” cars at 11th Street and Corral Hollow Road. Police failed to find the driver.
1:48 p.m.: A caller reported that she left her purse at Sheik Shoes, 3200 Naglee Road, and an employee there followed the thief to the movie theater before losing the suspect.
2:46 p.m.: A man reported things were missing from his home on the 300 block of Arezzo Way, but that there was no break in. He said the only person at the home beside family is a home health nurse who takes care of his niece.
5:22 p.m.: A caller said people in a black Jaguar at Golden Springs Drive and Court were dealing drugs. The car was gone when police arrived 32 minutes later.
7:23 p.m.: Things were taken from an unlocked car on the 1300 block of Cherry Blossom Lane, a caller said.
9:21 p.m.: A woman at the Stone Pine Apartments, 235 W. Grant Line Road, reported her boyfriend stole her car and that it broke down in Modesto. She had it towed back to Tracy, and police listed her boyfriend as the suspect.
11:47 p.m.: Four or five men stole a woman’s purse from her in a robbery in front of Save Mart, 875 S. Tracy Blvd., a caller reported. The men got into a dark-colored Honda and drove off toward Linne Road.
Saturday (141 calls):
12:54 a.m.: Police arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of public drunkenness after a woman on the 1400 block of Christina Drive reported she got into a loud argument with her husband.
1:29 a.m.: A woman reported hearing a crash and looking outside to discover her car had been run into on the 1800 block of Duncan Drive, and the car that crashed into hers took off. The suspect was driving a white Acura, police said, and its bumper might have been knocked off the car.
1:57 a.m.: Police arrested a 36-year-old man after a caller reported hearing a bottle break when three guys were in the street fighting at Kavanagh Avenue and Atlanta Drive.
4:27 a.m.: A man reported a pair of burglars dropped a safe in the street after they took off running from West High School, 1775 W. Lowell Ave.
6:35 a.m.: A 2006 GMC Sierra was stolen from the 1700 block of Groveview Way after a woman left the engine running and the keys in the car, she told police. Her husband said he spotted the pickup at a Chevron station. The suspect was a heavy-set unshaven man with a bald head.
9:34 a.m.: A caller reported trespassers at a vacant home on the 1900 block of Wall Street. Police detained two people at gunpoint and arrested them.
10:42 a.m.: A caller reported a rape occurred somewhere near the West Valley Mall, 3200 Naglee Road, about four months ago. The woman said she was drugged and remembers few details.
11 a.m.: A man reported his pickup’s tires were slashed on the 100 block of West Clover Road.
11:08 a.m.: A caller from Pete’s Liquor’s, 202 W. 11th St., reported a man tried to rob the place. The man told the caller to “give him all the cash,” and had no weapon, though he did have something in his hand. The man left the store without any money, and police questioned a man the suspect was seen talking to before the attempted robbery. No arrest was made.
11:16 a.m.: A caller reported a guy swiped a $50 bill set on a table at a garage sale on the 1100 block of Redington Court.
12:12 p.m.: A caller reported five women in a green Volkswagen smoking pot at Slayter Park, 1405 Suellen Drive. They were gone when police arrived 1 hour and 43 minute later.
12:45 p.m.: A woman reported her 16-year-old daughter was at a prom party where underage drinking took place on the 3300 block of Buthmann Avenue. She said her daughter “only remembers waking up and her shirt was off and her cell phone was missing.” The mother later said “it was consensual with no sex involved,” and told police she would talk to the boy’s parents.
1:48 p.m.: Windows were smashed at The Wine Group, 4595 S. Tracy Blvd., a caller said. Police questioned several kids, but made arrests.
1:55 p.m.: A caller reported a “customer’s” car was broken into at In-Shape Health Club, 101 N. Tracy Blvd.
4:24 p.m.: A woman reported her car was broken into and her phone was stolen from the 1900 block of Village Drive. The phone had a tracker on it that showed it was in Sacramento, she said, and suspected a kid that lives down the street took it.
5:11 p.m.: Police cited a 35-year-old man on suspicion of shoplifting at Safeway, 1801 W. 11th St.
6:25 p.m.: A woman on the 500 block of Forest Hills Drive reported her son was “off his psycho meds and throwing things” at the caller and his wife. Police arrested the 32-year-old man on a $20,000 warrant for grand theft and burglary.
6:38 p.m.: A caller reported two men and two women were smoking drugs on the 200 block of Sami Court. Police said no drugs were involved.
7:52 p.m.: A caller reported a “habitual problem” with a neighbor that keeps putting bricks on the caller’s property on the 1100 block of Michael Drive. He said he was going to move the bricks off his property line.
8:17 p.m.: Police arrested a 45-year-old man on suspicion of drunken driving after a caller reported a motorcyclist crashed his bike at Third Street and central Avenue.
8:37 p.m.: Police shut down a loud party on the 2900 block of Garazi Court and arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
8:49 p.m.: Gunfire was reported at Corral Hollow and Linne roads. The caller said he heard shots, then heard people reload before more shots were fired. A security guard nearby said it sounded like a shotgun.
Friday (194 calls):
7:20 a.m.: A caller reported her face was bloody after a man hit her and pushed her mother on the 300 block of East Sixth Street. Police arrested the 47-year-old man on suspicion of assault and three warrants.
8:51 a.m.: A caller from Central Elementary School, 1370 Parker Ave., reported a girl showed up for class with scratches on her face, and she’s attended class with suspicious injuries in the past.
10:30 a.m.: A woman reported that she hired an Internet site to do her taxes, but they were falsified and now money is being taken out of her account at Wells Fargo Bank, 1900 W. 11th St. She was referred to the FBI.
11:56 a.m.: A woman reported seeing a man sitting on a silver Dodge Charger when she went out for a job near Eastlake Drive and Eastlake Circle. When she returned, the man and the car were gone, her car had been broken into and her purse was stolen.
12:27 p.m.: A caller reported a car was broken into during the night and a wallet was stolen from the 1100 block of Johnson Court.
12:54 p.m.: Two license plates were stolen from a car at East Street and Grant Line Road, a caller reported.
1:35 p.m.: A woman on the 800 block of West Ninth Street reported her neighbor just “pulled out a gun” on her husband. She said the neighbor beat his pregnant wife, and when her husband check on her, the neighbor pulled a gun. Police said the man was on probation, arrested him and booked him in the San Joaquin County Jail in French Camp.
4:29 p.m.: A pregnant woman who teaches at Williams Middle School, 1600 Tennis Lane, reported a student hit her in the stomach with a lacrosse stick, and she made a doctor’s appointment.
5:29 p.m.: A woman reported both license plates on her green 2003 Kia Rio were stolen from the 200 block of East Grant Line Road.
5:49 p.m.: A woman on the 200 block of East Grant Line Road reported a man threatened to kill her mother after her mother filed for divorce. He told her mother “no one will find her,” the caller said. Police talked to the mother, who said he “had not been threatening her today,” but she wants a restraining order because she’s tired of him calling her and wants him to stay away from the apartment she’s now living in. The man told police he never threatened the woman, nor had their 21-year-old son heard any threats. Police said there was no crime.
6:29 p.m.: A caller reported burglars took screens off windows at a home on the 700 block of Larkspur Drive. One window was open, and police said an 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy were suspects. A shoeprint was recovered.
6:47 p.m.: Police arrested a 51-year-old man on suspicion of public drunkenness after a caller reported a guy was disoriented and stumbling in and out of traffic at Seventh Street and Central Avenue.
7:16 p.m.: A home on the 1000 block of Plymouth Drive was broken into, a caller said. The back door was open and a side window was broken. A neighbor said she saw kids in the back yard 30 minutes prior.
7:45 p.m.: A caller reported a woman became irate when a clerk refused to return to a woman a counterfeit $5 bill at 7-Eleven, 2360 W. Grant Line Road. The woman said she got the bill from the gas station that morning.
8:18 p.m.: A caller reported a neighbor’s child was selling pot near Butler Drive and Scarlett Place. About six kids were standing on the corner, and a blue Mustang took off after “being there for about 15 minutes.” No one was around when police went by 7 minutes later.
8:59 p.m.: One woman had another up against a wall during an argument at McDonald’s, 1820 W. 11th St, a caller said. One woman told the other, “I’ll give you cash. Don’t call police,” the caller said. An officer said the argument was over a puppy.
9:29 p.m.: A woman said a bullet was shot into her car as she was driving at Corral Hollow and Schulte Road. She said she heard a shot and then her window shattered, and she was too scared to stop. An officer saw two guys in a drainage ditch on Cypress Drive, and detained one at gunpoint at Save Mart. No arrests were made.

Yeah, I leave my wallet, cell phone, purse, GPS and laptop in my car all the time and expect them to be there when I get back. I live in Utopia.

Burglars should exist. Kind of mean to say this, but I imagine two burglars dressed in black and white striped suits, running across the road, and then dropping a black box safe. It seems like a preview you would see for a movie.

However one hookah, a skull bong, a giant rolling machine, and a large bag of Hersey's Kisses were logged into 'Property'.
Sunday,

OK. There must be a little more than this. Just speaking up (loudly) shouldn't get you arrested. I talk loud sometimes but I highly doubt I would be arrested for public drunkenness.
