Members of the Tracy Rotary Club got a jump on Arbor Day last Saturday, when they planted 11 zelkova “village green” shade trees at the Tracy Sports Complex on West 11th Street. Shown at work are Jacqueline (from left), Herve and Collette Chevaillier and Karen Edwards. The new plantings replaced crape myrtle trees that did not provide adequate shade at the complex.
