Paramedics Gail Carter and Tim Rivas stop by a lemonade stand Friday operated by Tracy Learning Center students Sydney Hatch (left), 7, and Emma Brown, 6, who raised nearly $700 that day for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life of Tracy.
