The caller said the man was carrying a leather binder and approached her, saying he was an employee of the motel. The caller told the man that her room stunk and he told her to let him check it out.
The man then started talking about God, the caller said, and told her that she needed to "lay down with him and let him comfort her."
She told the man to leave, but he started to force himself on her, she said. He took off on foot, and the woman called the front desk, who told her that the man is not an employee. Police failed to find him.
The Tracy Police Department received 191 calls for service on Monday. The following is a sample of those calls.
1:49 a.m.: On the 500 block of Pacheco Drive, a woman said she believed her jaw was broken after being assaulted near the McDonald’s in downtown Stockton. She requested medical attention.
8:48 a.m.: A woman on the 400 block of West 12th Street said her 15-year-old daughter was reported missing on Monday, but found out on Tuesday that she was in class at Tracy High. The girl was removed from the missing persons list.
8:48 a.m.: A man told police that his 1993 Honda Accord was stolen from the 300 block of Hawthorne Drive sometime Monday night.
9:11 a.m.: A woman said her daughter saw a woman in a truck in front of her north Tracy house who appeared to be suspicious. The caller said she recently ended an affair with a married man from Pakistan and thinks the woman might be his wife or someone related to her.
9:27 a.m.: At the Holiday Inn Express, 3571 N. Tracy Blvd., a caller said that a group of suspicious-looking people have been hanging out in the area for the past few months. The caller said they would come into the motel to get food and coffee. The caller said one of the suspicious people admitted to not being a guest of the motel and left.
10:21 a.m.: A woman said her friend was assaulted by her boyfriend at Tracy Park Apartments, 2800 N. Tracy Blvd. The caller said the boyfriend choked and hit her friend. When police arrived, the friend and the boyfriend said it was just a verbal argument. An officer said there were no signs of violence and the fight was over a late notice for rent.
10:55 a.m.: A woman on the 1400 block of Mae Avenue said that a caretaker for a woman in her house is possibly taking advantage of her financially.
11:01 a.m.: Someone at Heritage Place, 355 W. Grant Line Road, said someone has been e-mailing and harassing her.
11:22 a.m.: A caller at Zanussi Park, 1500 Promenade Circle, said four teenage boys went into a bathroom and were possibly tagging it. Police found no boys.
11:31 a.m.: On the 2200 block of Cabana Lane, someone made an online report about property stolen from a car.
11:39 a.m.: A woman on the 1400 block of Wilson Avenue said someone entered her locked car and stole something.
11:43 a.m.: At Raley’s, 2550 S. Tracy Blvd., a caller said someone stole plants and umbrellas.
12:01 p.m.: On the 2300 block of Chabot Court, a caller reported theft of copper wire.
12:17 p.m.: A woman told police that she was threatened Monday night at Panda Express, 2441 Naglee Road.
12:27 p.m.: A caller said there was a maroon truck speeding at about 100 mph near Corral Hollow and Grant Line roads. Police couldn’t find it.
12:43 p.m.: On the 100 block of Victoria Street, a caller said someone in a silver Cadillac got out of the car, threw a tire near the curb, and left. Police questioned everyone in the car.
2:03 p.m.: At Motel 6, 3800 N. Tracy Blvd., a caller said there was a “domestic problem” in one of the rooms. Police found out that the caller was in a fight with her mother and wanted no police action.
2:19 p.m.: A caller told police that a person who is not supposed to be at Duncan Russell High, 650 Tenth St., was going to be on campus for a possible after-school fight. An officer said there were no problems after school.
2:28 p.m.: Police questioned a man on a bike who a caller said went into the backyard of a vacant house on the 2900 block of Cabrillo Drive. There was no damage to the house, police said.
3:44 p.m.: At Stan Morri Ford, 3500 Auto Plaza Way, a caller reported an “embezzled” vehicle.
4:10 p.m.: A 21-year-old woman was arrested at the corner of 12th Street and Tracy Boulevard. She was on probation for possession of stolen property.
4:39 p.m.: A caller at Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park, 812 W. Clover Road, said two men in their mid-30s wearing hooded sweatshirts were walking around looking at cars. Police checked around Clover Road, but found no one.
4:58 p.m.: On the 2100 block of Isabel Virginia Drive, a caller found a pipe inside a sock. The pipe still had some marijuana inside it, and the caller wanted an officer to pick it up.
5:34 p.m.: A woman said a man in a blue Chrysler Town and Country van hit her at the corner of 11th Street and Tracy Boulevard and took off. The woman followed the man into Grocery Outlet and the man told her “she’s crazy.”
6:25 p.m.: At the corner of Kagehiro Drive and Mits Way, a 20-year-old man with a $10,000 warrant for petty theft was arrested. His green Honda Civic was towed.
6:53 p.m.: A 26-year-old man with a $25,000 warrant for his arrest was taken into custody at the corner of Independence Drive and West Schulte Road.
6:54 p.m.: A caller on the 2700 block of Buthmann Avenue said someone broke a window on the house while the caller was away. The caller suspected that a neighbor might have done it. Police talked with the neighbor, but no police report was made.
7:12 p.m.: On the corner of 21st Street and Holly Drive, two women were involved in a fight, a caller said. One woman had a fat lip, but declined medical attention. The victim did not want to make a police report, fearing retaliation.
7:20 p.m.: At William Adams Park, 4089 English Oak Ave., a caller said a 7-year-old boy was riding a bike while his parents were in a tan car on the other side of the park. The caller thought the parents were “occupied” in the car, possibly making out and not paying attention to the child.
7:57 p.m.: A caller on the 1200 block of Lincoln Boulevard said someone stole a stereo from a locked car on Sunday night.
8:32 p.m.: On the 700 block of Weeping Willow Lane, a caller said a window on a house was smashed in. The caller had video of the vandalism.
9:34 p.m.: A caller on the 2100 block of David Ernest Court said someone was trying to break into a house. It ended up being the caller’s dad who was locked out.
10:28 p.m.: At 7-Eleven, 455 W. Grant Line Road, a man ran off with an 18-pack of Budweiser and two 24-ounce cans of Fuze. The caller said the man covered his face so the camera couldn’t see it. Police couldn’t find the man.
