Shelby is a 5-year-old female Labrador retriever available for adoption at the Tracy Animal Shelter. The shelter also has several male and female Chihuahuas and adult cats.

The shelter, 370 Arbor Road, is open from noon to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
