Elyse Michelle Dewey and Matthew David Candieas.
Dewey graduated from Tracy High School and served four years in the U.S. Navy. She works for Northrop-Grumman.
She is the daughter of Julia and Scott Conover of Tracy and Mark Dewey of Chandler, Ariz.
Candieas graduated from Orland High School in Orland and is a chief petty naval officer stationed in Great Lakes, Ill.
He is the son of Les and Diantha Candieas of Orland.
The maid of honor was Kali Mulligan of Tracy, and the bridesmaids were Jamie Brown of Jacksonville, Fla., and Rhiannon Cannizzaro of Livermore. The flower girls were Sierra Norrish and KayLei Martines.
The best man was Chad Billings of Orland, and the groomsmen were Brian Sousa and Chris Tolley of Orland.
The couple will make their home in Great Lakes.
