Tracy resident Joseph Brightenstine won this month’s photo contest, decided at the Tracy Camera Club’s most recent meeting.

“I’d Be Honored” was taken at sunset in December at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. The photo depicts an honor guard member carrying out his duty protecting the Tomb of the Unknowns.

• The Tracy Camera Club meets at 7 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month in the Platinum Business Conference Center, third floor, on Central Avenue. For information: Mickey McGuire, 835-6758 or elmicky@coreyfro.com.

This is a moving photo that captures the respect that should be given to every fallen soldier. This photo does more than stir the shutter, it stirs the heart. Thank you Mr. Brightenstine
