EDITOR,

McHenry House Family Shelter has been provided with a wonderful fundraising opportunity called SHARE, which requires nothing more than buying groceries.

Every time a customer buys groceries at any SaveMart, Food Maxx, Lucky’s or S-mart store and presents a SHARE card to the cashier, 3 percent of the purchase is donated to McHenry House — at no cost to the customer.

If you’d like a no-cost SHARE card, you may call McHenry House at 835-2328 or pick one up at the McHenry House office, 739 A St., during business hours.

This wonderful program gives our community a simple way to support McHenry House without an extra strain on our budgets.
