The Salvation Army in Tracy is looking for volunteer bell ringers for its annual holiday fundraiser.

The Holiday Kettle Program raises money to help residents and families in Tracy.

Myra Casey, Tracy’s Salvation Army service center coordinator, said ringers are stationed outside four places — Raley’s, 2550 Tracy Blvd.; Save Mart, 875 S. Tracy Blvd.; the post office, 125 W. Ninth St.; and Walmart, 3010 W. Grant Line Road.

Ringers are given two-hour shifts and can volunteer for as many shifts as they want, Casey said.

Casey also noted that teens who volunteer could record their time for community service requirements.

For information: Myra Casey, 836-2346.

Monetary donations can also be sent to the Salvation Army at 241 East 10th St., Ste. A.
