Cindy Lynn McPhillips and Timothy Keene Moore Jr.
The couple became engaged April 4, 2009, during a weekend trip in Fort Bragg.
Cindy is the daughter of Doug and Michelle McPhillips of Patterson and the sister of Christine and Isaac Vierra of Tracy, and of John McPhillips of Portland, Ore. She graduated in 2002 from West High School and received a bachelor’s degree in public relations from California State University, Chico, in 2005. She works in advertising and is working on her master’s degree at California State University, East Bay.
Timothy is the son of Timothy Sr. and Gilda Moore of Hanford. He is the brother of Josie Moore of Washington, D.C. Timothy received a bachelor’s degree in criminology from California State University, Fresno, in 2002 and works for the state of California.
