EDITOR,

I am asking for the public’s help! Nov. 8 afternoon at 2 p.m., my daughter was the victim in a hit-and-run car accident at the intersection of 12th Street and Tracy Boulevard.

The vehicle that hit her was traveling North on Tracy Boulevard and is believed to be a white Ford Taurus. The white car clipped her from behind as she was making a left-hand turn onto 12th Street.

If anyone sees or knows of a white vehicle with front-end damage and black paint on the driver’s side of the car, please contact the Tracy Police Department.

And to the coward who hit her and didn’t bother to stop, please do the right thing and turn yourself in.
