EDITOR,

After nearly a century of trying to reform health care, finally this was the first time a chamber of Congress has ever passed comprehensive health insurance reform. This is a historic accomplishment.

All the representatives who voted for this bill (the Affordable Health Care in America Act) deserve thanks for resisting tremendous pressure from the insurance industry lobbyists and standing up for their constituents.

I want to congratulate all the members of Congress who voted for this bill, and those who did not vote, I would request them to reconsider and support health reform bill.
