Friends of Library to hold annual meeting next week

The Tracy Branch Library will have its annual meeting at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday in the Wadsworth Room of the library, 20 Eaton Ave.

The meeting will be run by the Tracy Friends of the Library and is open to all residents. The Tracy Friends of the Library is an organization that raises money for the library and advocates on its behalf.

Some of the topics discussed in the meeting will be the status of library events, its book sale, the chance for people to volunteer, and others concerns regarding the library. The group will also elect its officers.

The Tracy Branch Library is part of the Stockton-San Joaquin Public Library.
