Diabetes support group

Sutter Tracy Community Hospital’s Diabetes Support Group welcomes anyone newly diagnosed with diabetes, with a history of diabetes or who knows someone needing support and information.

The group offers two meeting options:

9 to 10:30 a.m. the second Tuesday of each month and 6 to 7:30 p.m. the third Thursday, both at Sutter Tracy Healthy Connections Resource Center, 35 E. 10th St., Ste. C.

American Chronic Pain Association

This peer support and education group is for individuals with chronic pain and their families. The group talks about education in pain management skills, relaxation techniques, gentle exercise and more, in conversation with others who understand.

The Tracy ACPA meets at 6 p.m. the first and third Monday of each month at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital’s Physical Therapy building, at Eaton and Bessie avenues.
