Tracy’s annual downtown Halloween Parade is scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m. Oct. 31.

Costumed children of all ages are welcome to enter the city-sponsored parade, officials say, as they march down Central Avenue from Seventh to 10th streets.

After the parade, there will be trick-or-treating, carnival games, a magician and dance performances.

There will also be a pumpkin patch set up along 10th Street between Central Avenue and B Street, organizers say.

Laura Johnston of the city’s parks and recreation department is involved in planning the event. Her phone number is 831-6200.
