Red Maple Village, at the corner of South Tracy Boulevard and Valpico Road, will be anchored by a 58,500-square-foot Raley’s grocery store, according to Kitchell Development.
The center will also house Wells Fargo and Chase banks, Italy Cleaners, Queen B Nails & Spa, Supercuts, Subway and Taqueria La Mexicana, among other tenants that will be decided later.
The entire center will take up 98,000 square feet, Kitchell said.

Or even try it at home.
Sorry, was thinking about going GREEN tea.
Java Makers can make the decaf blended drinks. They make great ones. Peet's can do it too! I heard they are supposed to have a Peet's inside Raleys.
I am happy to have Raley's so close to home but I would be glad to travel across town for WinCo. What happened to it?
As to the other businesses...I agree, how many cruddy Subway's do we need? I prefer Togo's in a heartbeat and Mr. Pickles is so much better it hurts. But franchises and chains seem to run the economy to a big degree. My solution is to frequent locally owned businesses as often as I can.
If I want a burger, you'll find me at the Banta Inn or Wallie's 10 times more often than McDonald's or Burger King. I agree with DetHkyTwn about the 11th Avenue McDonald's. I am addicted to their Sweet Tea so I stop in the mornings...and they started to become rude when I would ask for it to be filled all the way up (really?) so I started going to the one on Tracy Blvd. Much nicer, but then a week later they shut it down for remodeling! Ack!
Personally, I'd like to see strip malls stop popping up like weeds, but I will frequent this one for groceries at the least!
What's the opening date?
Personally, I think Raleys is a good and different business than what we've seen before.
I don't care to discuss these others except to say that they come and go like Long John Silvers and are based on demographics and previous success of similar businesses.
Why do you think Raleys is on the south of Tracy. Where else would you put Raleys but where there was recent growth.
Have you seen a franchise's growth chart? They pay their managers based on how many new customers they bring in every year/quarter.
That the business. If you want to make a buck you do what works. You and I have little say in it unless you call Paneras and ask for a franchise. Even then. Paneras will tell you where your next store will be.
If you don't believe me try it. I already did. And that's how it works in this business.
