So did this poor gentlemen have to sit inside and wait 47 minutes to go to his car and leave. or did he get fed up with waiting for police to "serve and protect" and decide to take his chance on getting beat up and have to walk out into a group of possibly angry young men? Why would you wait almost an hour to respond to these things...doesnt make me feel very safe....why do we pay taxes again?
