Cops showed up to the two-car collision at West Valpico Road and Sycamore Parkway at about 3:40 Saturday, finding one car on the center median and the other in the middle of the intersection, according to Tracy police Sgt. Luis Mejia. Tracy police closed the intersection for a few hours for investigation and cleanup.
Photos show that a silver Honda collided with a dark blue Mercedes-Benz SUV. The driver’s side of the Honda was smashed in. Police said the driver of the Mercedes walked away before police arrived. A relative identified the man who died in the crash as Ricardo Navia, a 45-year-old from Modesto.
Authorities ordered a helicopter to take one of the victims to Doctors Hospital in Modesto and sent Tracy Police Chaplain Don Higgins to the hospital shortly after the crash after reports came in that Navia was dying, according to the dispatch log.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
Calls to Tracy police were not immediately returned.

He should re-read his comments to see why we may think he's a thug...if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, looks like a duck...it's probably a duck. He has shown us nothing other than thug like behavior.
I am seriouse, we need to have the parents input on this matter then we will know how the kids were raised and then we wil know what the trouble in this boys life to take off like that at a crime scene and also the trouble that leads the sister to cuss and the other person who says they know them as well to be so heartless. Something is wrong with this family. I hope the parents are different. The mother plays an important role in this and I think we need to ask her. So unknown209, what does your mom think about this? Where does she stand with all of this happening in your life?
itsTheanswer, you should do a couple of things, first of all, try to fix your language. No wonder these kids did the things they did, being around you explains. We don't know who you are but from what you wrote, you are a low life wana be thug who has probably dropped out of huigh school since your writing is so horrible.
unknown209, why are you pouring your heart out? Shouldn't your brother be defending himself? This site is for ppl to put their thoughts on, not the justify. That takes place in courts. Please do some research about the court system and you will c. I wish you guys luck on all. It seems like your brother has got himself in a very big mess, even if he wasn't the driver, he isn't any less innocent. Someone should look into the brothers life, why did he do the thing he did? Something must have led him to do this, right. Maybe he has a very troubled life? Maybe he is into drugs, maybe he is not, who knows. The only way we will find out is if someone researches about him.
Christ is there for us. Please keep praying for all. God bless
All of you who are getting mad about this, should take the time that you are wasting on here and put it to some good use. Remember the one you lost and forgive those who caused harm. I am sure no one set out on that dreadful day to cause the pain that happend. I know sorry wont change anything, but dont let this consume you. Life still goes on and from what you all can see from this it's way too short to waste.

I think not!!! Not sure if the information on alcohol level is reliable or if she did consume it at all!!! Fabrication of a story would get anyone in trouble! I am more curious about the boys and why they walked away.... too shocked at what they did, in the creating of the nightmare... that they walked away inappropriately.... or ALCOHOL impairing their judgment even further, of course this one is speculation...

I find it most curious that these two people are defending those people as if they have vested interest in them???
By the way, whose Mercedes does it belong to?
Looks like they will be able to fork over money with ease after the lawsuit??
If stolen, what an headache!
Parents of the boys, sure have not been celebrating since that fateful day... not happy people!!!
Whew, what a mess the young people created, sign of immaturity...someones gonna have to bail them out of that mess.
CN.. would have kicked them in the arse for not staying at the scene, but lucky for them........couldn't!
It would take 13 drinks in one hour to get a 160 pound woman to the 4.0 limit.

as of this message i consider arguing with unknown209 pointless.
my words or anyone elses dont matter to these two indiduals.
they apparently do not have hearts for what they are saying.
i will let the law speak for itself.
