Kimball High water polo coach Erin Mann leads his boys and girls teams through drills Monday at West High’s Pinkie Phillips Aquatics Center.

Mann has about 20 players, mostly for the boys freshman-sophomore team, which will have its games at West High for the Jaguars’ first season.

Kimball High will eventually have its own pool, but Tracy Unified School District officials expect that the pool won’t be ready until November at the earliest.

Didn't Franco say something about "the school will open with everything including water in the pool". What happened Franco?
