Tracy resident Ashlee Fay Hess walked down the aisle to meet her groom, Matthew Foster Gordon, on March 21, 2009, at The River Mill in French Camp.

Ashlee and Matthew, both 2008 graduates from California State University, Stanislaus, are substitute teachers for the Tracy Unified School District. Matthew is also pursuing a career in law enforcement.

Ashlee’s parents are William and LeAnn Hess of Tracy. Matthew’s parents are David and Julie Gordon of Tracy.

They were married before matron of honor Melissa Kotta of Manteca and best man Eddie Silva of Tracy. Bridesmaids were Alicia Higgins, Katie Melville, Cassie Byrne and Stephanie Thomason. Groomsmen were Adam Drymon, Matt Hess, Kevin Byrne and Kristian Rodriguez. The flower girl was Maddison Williams, and the ring bearers were Kelly Hayes and Greyson Boots.

Matthew and Ashlee have made their home in Tracy after a honeymoon in Kona, Hawaii.
