President’s Obama’s political doctrine is being thrust down America’s throat so rapidly that our individual freedoms and liberties are disappearing faster than a one-night stand. Obama epitomizes everything our Founding Fathers weren’t.

Ponder this as you collect your carbon credits while you drive your battery-operated riding lawnmower to the unemployment office. If you hit anything while traveling more than 20 mph, your funeral just might be prepaid by next year’s legislation.

In three years, you can enjoy life in our post-industrialized America while you wait for your inevitable death sentence at the age of 60 under socialized medicine. If we need medical care in our old age, we’ll follow Obama’s simple advice and “take a pill.”

In six months, Obama has spent more future money than all prior 43 presidents combined. The takeover of the financial industry and auto industry, plus attempts to take over the energy and medical industries, demonstrates Obama’s desire to remove choice from Americans.

The free market system will shortly be nonexistent. The only difference between God and Obama is that God doesn’t think he’s Obama!

In reality, Obama’s $787 billion economic stimulus package is mere political payback. This 10-year, $1.3 trillion taxpayer bill redistributes wealth to the special-interest groups who helped dupe the public into voting for him.

Then there’s the wealth redistribution to all the special-interest groups who returned Democrat congressmen and senators to office.

Obama warned us if Congress did not pass his stimulus package immediately, we would be faced with 8 percent unemployment. Unemployment is now at 9.5 percent and climbing. Obama’s stimulus package truly stimulated failure.

Democrats are so impressed they talk of passing another one. The lunatics are indeed running the asylum.

Our dollar is becoming so worthless, in three years you’ll need a wheelbarrel of $5 bills to buy your Ding Dongs at Wal-Mart.

The brunt of stimulus spending will occur in mid-2010, conveniently around election time. This smells intentionally planned. It also smells of a plan dreamed up by a politician reared in the sewer of American politics, Chicago.

Obama is more concerned with keeping his Democrat “rubber-stompers” in office while putting the screws to the 15 million unemployed Americans. How’s all that hope and change working for you?

Historically, increased government spending has never led us out of a recession. As Dr. Walter E. Williams, head of the economics department at George Mason University has said, a deep, 1930s three-year recession was turned into a 12-year depression by Franklin Roosevelt and his massive government spending.

Obama sees big government as the solution. The left and other Obama groupies want him to nationalize everything. Many Obama-lovers proudly call themselves socialists. The other Obama backers can’t call themselves socialists, because they don’t even know what a socialist is. Thank you, public education.

Socialism’s problem is that the true socialists always take more from the state than they contribute. They are America’s whiners who frame themselves as the “victims of America.” They expect the producers and rich people to support them. Victimization has been taught by the left since President Lyndon Baines Johnson created the welfare state in the mid-1960s.

The other major problem with socialism is that the producers lose all incentive to produce. They stop producing. Meanwhile, all the very rich people simply leave the country. Who is left to take care of America’s so-called victims?

The most frustrating fact to me though, is that we now have a first lady who was never proud of her country until her husband was nominated for president. The woman is an insult to all the prior first ladies.

Meanwhile, the low-level community organizer she married continues to destroy our rights and freedoms.

Liberalism makes me think one would want to influence politics on either side, and yet avoid the responsibilities of anything going wrong...

Liberated from consequences of their actions?

While it is nice to be a "free thinker" they ought to share the blame of our Nation's woes. No?

Conservative Independent here.

To quickwhick,

I'm not a liberal and more right wing talk radio insults do not hurt me. I also think that a lot of Republicans and conservatives in particular do not know the meaning of the word negotiate, it's "My way or the highway" and that my fellow American is one of the biggest problems we have today. And I am sorry too. Sorry you think everyone who disagrees with your beliefs is a whining crybaby liberal. That is a very narrow view to take.

To cliffmal,

I'm sorry, I forget that liberalism is a mental disorder. It just get's tyring , listening to liberals whine and cry. Just as how they are turning this great country into a nanny country. Besides, the left wing is the biggest exploiting and name calling conformist group this country has a problem with.

To quickwhick,

Why do some of you on the right use juvenile insult and bashing to express political beliefs? Is it because Rush Limbaugh does it? How can this possibly be productive? As Americans can't we disagree on issues without calling each other idiots?

It is very interesting that Obama has only been in office for 6 months and is being blamed for our problems. Let's not forget that George Bush was in office 8 years and got us into this mess in the first place. It will take a VERY long time to get this county back on the right track. Oh, and how about all the money spent by Bush for the Iraq war? I don't hear any Bush supporters complaining about that money being spent not to mention the lives that have been lost.
