Thomas proposed to Tanya on Easter morning by surprising her with a plastic egg filled with Hershey Kisses, Jelly Beans and the engagement ring.
Tanya is a hair stylist at Versailles Salon and Day Spa in Tracy. Her children are Malcolm and Cole, both of Tracy. Her parents are Morris Garcia and Belinda Brown of Plano, Texas. Her siblings are Dr. Nick Garcia of Exeter, N.H., and Francisco Garcia of Plano.
Thomas is the co-proprietor of the party rental company Bar Company Sales & Rentals in Tracy. His parents are Thomas and Petra Will, and his siblings are Alexis Will and Brandon Will, all of Tracy.
The couple first met at The Great Plate more than two years ago. They plan to make their home in Tracy.
