The lady on 12th Street is a TWEEKER. and its time that the police or someone else needs to give her a ride to 1212 California Street in Stockton. She has been a TWEEKER for at least 8 Years that I know of.

I would also like to know how the police figure that crime in Tracy has went down? Where? Its a ploy to get more people to move to Tracy, thinking there is a low crime rate. Read the Tracy Press

A friend of mine notice a piece of paper on her windshield as she was leaving the West Valley Mall. It was a parking citation for not having a front license plate. Is this what the Tracy Police Dept is now doing to raise the city's revenue? Why doesn't the police department also start ticketing drivers who are still talking on their cell phones while they are driving? That law has been in effect for quite awhile now but there are those in Tracy who ignore it. Come on Tracy Police, let's start doing your job.

Lots of calls coming from the 100 block of 12th street lately. ???Mental illness?

===========================

Is it the crazy woman? I keep reading about her. Used to be an old lady in my snazzy North Tustin Orange County neighborhood who lived alone in a spooky,decrepit House of Usher down the street from me. She called the cops routinely because she was lonely. Cops are used to this sort of thing. Out here in my desert ghost town we lay outside on aluminum lawn chairs drinking beer keeping track of UFO's flying by overhead. No-one here calls the cops 'cause we're happy the way things are. Life could'nt be better.
