Ooooo, 2009 was a good year for urine. And this brand comes in it's own zippered container with a reusable dispensing tube.

Saturday,

"6:30 a.m.: At Perko's Cafe, 1321 W. 11th St., a man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public."

It was later released that while the man had been detained while gargling at .01% percent alcohol level when leaving the restaurant he had claimed the Ceasar salad dressing was, "a bit too tangy and, by the way, ("do you know who I am??!") I'm going to be late for the city council meeting.!!"

Police Log: Man urinates, exposes himself near Top Shelf Wine.

A caller, who claimed to be representing a recent carnival show contacted the night dispatch officer where it was reported a group of bald-headed, one eyed midgets were seen peeing off the balcony into the swimming pool.

[The following morning...]

Top Shelf Wine under another namedeplume immediately rose by another 33.3% percent.

And one local pool service company said they "had no comment" except to say, "they would send someone out immediately with more than adequate plumbing skills."
