Geralee Houck Brintnall, 84, of Tracy, died of heart failure July 9 at a Folsom hospital.

Ms. Brintnall was born Sept. 8, 1929, in Tucson, Ariz., and had lived in Tracy 14 years. She worked as a piano instructor, teacher’s aide, and executive secretary at Lockheed.

Survivors include three children, Jackie Escajeda of Felton, Jeff Brintnall of Tracy and Jennifer Swenson of Daly City; two siblings, Duane Houck of Gresham, Ore., and Mollilou Forbes of Fullerton; and seven grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, John Sherman Brintnall; parents, Gerald and Laura Lee Houck; and two siblings, Laurie Houck and Glen Houck.

The family will have a private memorial. Contributions in Ms. Brintnall’s name may be sent to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org), P.O. Box 742030, Los Angeles, CA 90074-2030.
