Last week’s Remember When mystery photo, above, showed two brothers, Michael Martinez, 7, and Phillip Martinez, 3, blowing on a miniature windmill in June 1978 to symbolize the story of crop development of water in hungry lands. They were participating in the vacation Bible school sponsored by the First United Methodist Church.
