Seven voting members and alternates are needed for a Measure B Bond Citizens Oversight Committee.

Measure B, an $82 million bond to modernize Tracy Unified School District schools, was approved by 65 percent of voters in the June 3 primary election.

Committee members will meet quarterly or more often if needed to oversee school bond projects and money.

The board will include one representative each from a business organization, a senior citizens organization, a taxpayers organization and the agricultural industry; a parent of a student at a district school; a parent representative from a district support organization; and an at-large member of the community.

TUSD is taking applications until 4 p.m. July 18. Forms can be picked up from and delivered to the Tracy Unified School District Facilities Development Office, 1875 W. Lowell Ave. For information: 830-3245.
