Blair Hurlock of Tracy, a senior at De La Salle High School in Concord, is making his second trip to the California Interscholastic Federation state championships today and Saturday in Clovis.

Hurlock qualified in the boys 3,200-meter run at the North Coast Section championships Saturday at U.C. Berkeley with a second-place time of 9:03.03. He also competed at the state meet last year after placing third at the NCS finals.
