Services will be Saturday for Johnny B. Roldan, 71, of Tracy, who died May 6.

Born Oct. 12, 1942, in the Philippines, Mr. Roldan worked as a machinist in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia before moving to the United States in 1987. He brought his wife and children to join him in 1989 and retired in 2002. He had lived in Tracy the past three years.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Aida Roldan; five children, Jaid Rommel Roldan, and his wife, Arlene, of Hayward, Johann Roldan, and his wife, Jennifer, Janice Sanchez, and her husband, Anthony, and Jasiel Roldan, all of Tracy, and Jopit Roldan, and his wife, Myra, of Livermore; and 11 grandchildren.

His parents, Basilisa B. and Agapito B. Roldan, preceded him in death.

A celebration of Mr. Roldan’s life will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Visitation will be observed from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
