This weekend will be all about kids at Saturday’s Children’s Health and Safety Fair.

The 11th annual fair, which will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, 1420 N. Tracy Blvd., features more than 55 booths and exhibits relating to safety.

Kids can also take advantage of activities such as Sutter Tracy’s “supermarket,” selling healthy snacks, and a clinic where they can have their blood pressure taken and learn proper hand-washing techniques. They can also bring their teddy bears for check-ups and learn how doctors do their jobs.

“The fair provides a fun way for the family to spend a Saturday morning, learning about their health and interacting with local agencies,” fair co-chair Kerry Miller said in a press release.

Other activities at the fair will include the pediatric occupational sensory booth and the California Highway Patrol Bike Safety Rodeo.

Last year, more than 5,000 people attended the free event.
