Moises Sousa Felix, 85, a longtime Tracy resident, died Tuesday at his home. A celebration of his life will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, May 9, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave.

Evan Randall Jacobsen, 27, a West High School graduate, died Tuesday, May 6, in Tracy. A celebration of his life will begin at 1 p.m. next Friday, May 16, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Visitation will be observed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. that same day, and an online guest book can be viewed at www.frymemorialchapel.com. Emily Santos, 87, a longtime parishioner of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, who died Tuesday, May 6, in Brentwood. A Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave., followed by burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Arrangements will be handled by Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., and an online guest book can be viewed at www.frymemorialchapel.com.

Charles Guillermo “Charlie” Montoya, a Tracy resident since October 2012, died Saturday, May 4, at age 89. On Sunday, May 11, a Mass will be dedicated to Mr. Montoya at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave. He will be buried at sea. Montserrat M. Schell, 63, a 22-year Tracy resident, died Friday, May 2, at her home. A funeral services will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 8, in the chapel of Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave. Visitation will be observed from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.

Esther M. Rodriguez, 92, who grew up in Banta and Bethany and graduated from Tracy High School in 1939, died Friday, May 2. Visitation will be observed from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., and a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. A prayer service will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 8, at the funeral home, followed by burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. James Roland Butler, 97, a retired Army lieutenant colonel and former longtime Tracy resident, died April 30 in Phoenix.

Vicky Futrell, a resident of Tracy for 19 years, died April 29 at age 55. A celebration of her life will begin at noon Friday, May 9, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Visitation will be observed from 9 a.m. to noon that day at the funeral home.
