Assemblyman Tim Donnelly, candidate for governor, spoke at the monthly meeting of Tracy Republican Women Federated on April 24 at 4 Corners Restaurant.

Donnelly, a Republican from Twin Peaks, spoke about a number of issues, including water, Common Core school standards and getting businesses back into California. He took questions and invited people to join him outside and sign his bus.

Tickets are still available for the group’s Spring Tea, from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 1635 Chester Drive. For details, see today’s Datebook.
