Noel is an affectionate, 9-month-old Labrador-pit bull mix puppy who loves to be inside with her people and also play out in the yard. She weighs 50 pounds and is still growing. Noel gets along well with dogs of both genders. She still loves to chew and needs sturdy toys. Noel knows some basic commands and will need her training fine-tuned with her new owner. She is spayed, microchipped and current on vaccines. Animal Rescue of Tracy is a nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group that has pet adoption fairs for dogs and cats from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays in the Macy’s wing of the West Valley Mall, 3200 Naglee Road. Members are also raising money for the organization with a yard sale starting at 8 a.m. Saturday at 675 Fawn Glen Drive; donations of sellable items can be dropped off until the start of the sale. For information: 642-4324 or www.animalrescuetracy.org.

To learn more about adopting Tyler from East of Eden, contact Sandy Chapman at sandychapman@sbcglobal.net or 321-7530. East of Eden is a nonprofit animal rescue organization that shows animals at Petco, 2888 Grant Line Road, from noon to 3 p.m. Saturdays. For information, call 815-5186 or visit www.eoerescue.org.
