A three-vehicle crash in the intersection of Corral Hollow Road and West Lowell Avenue sent two drivers to the hospital and snarled midday traffic through the busy intersection Tuesday.

A Honda sedan, a Toyota sedan and Chevrolet truck crashed in the intersection around 11:30 a.m. All three vehicles came to rest in the left-turn and left lanes of southbound Corral Hollow Road.

The driver of the Honda, who had to be cut free of the car, and the driver of the Toyota both had minor injuries and were taken by ambulance to an area hospital, according to police at the scene.

Traffic slowed as fire department and police vehicles blocked part of Corral Hollow.

Tracy police were investigating the cause of the crash and had traffic flowing freely again by 12:15 p.m.

I work on the corner. This is the 3rd Accidents I have seen there in the last month. It seems people are running the light. I think there should be a cop sitting on the corner. I see them all over town hiding to give tickets But I am not sure what the answer would be. I feel sorry for the lady who got her only car totaled by a person in a hurry and ran the light. It is only gonna get worse. I the city does not take action

You really need to clarify the first sentence of your statement areyoukiddingme. LOL.

I thought the same thing as Hahahahahaha.

Either you mis-stated things or Hahahahaha and I both have minds that need to be washed out with soap.

Probably a little of both.

This is not a surprise! I have lived here a very long time and things just get worse. As I see it, it is a traffic enforcement issue. People speed and race all over this town. They use Byron Road as a Raceway and nothing ever happens. They run red lights like there always green. Yet, I always see a motorcycle officer on 11th street by the ballpark as though that is the only place people speed. They need more traffic officers and officers that move around not officers that run the same speed traps every day! Lot's of money on ticket here in town if they would run things properly, but hey, it's business as usual here in town!

Red light cameras placed all over Tracy would pay for themselves in a week!

Drivers are color blind in Tracy when it comes to stop lights.
