Services have been conducted for Caroline Josephine “Carrie” Gonzalez, 76, who died March 5.

A California native, Ms. Gonzalez was born April 18, 1937. She lived in Tracy all her life.

Survivors include a son, John Gonzalez of Sammamish, Wash.; two siblings, Sara Gonzales and Lupe Guillen, both of Tracy; and two grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were a daughter, Deborah Gonzalez; four siblings, Arnulfo Plasencia, Ralph Plasencia, Juanita Vasquez and Elsie Jimenez; and her parents, Juan and Caroline Plasencia.

A Mass was celebrated Thursday at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, followed by burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Visitation and a rosary took place Wednesday at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., and a guest book can be signed online at www.frymemorialchapel.com.

Contributions in Ms. Gonzalez’s name may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 207 E. Alpine Ave., Stockton, CA 95204.
