Services will be Saturday for Thomas Richard “Dick” Lawton, 87, of Tracy, who died Tuesday morning.

Mr. Lawton, a native of Wauconda, Wash., was born Nov. 7, 1926. He retired from the Tracy defense depot as a mechanics supervisor.

Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Fumiko Lawton of Tracy; three daughters, Claudia McCarthy of Stockton, Alanna Lawton Bullard of Knoxville, Tenn., and Roxane Dalla of Kalispell, Mont.; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

His parents, Thomas Benjamin and Effie Pearl Lawton, preceded him in death.

Saturday’s memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 27150 Wilkinson Way.
