Sabrina, a 5-year-old female Australian shepherd-chow chow mix, is at the Tracy Animal Shelter and needs a home. The shelter staff is seeking donations of dry cat food, canned food for dogs and cats, dog toys, flea shampoo and puppy and kitten formula. The shelter, 370 Arbor Road, is open from noon to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. For information: 831-6364 or “City of Tracy Animal Services” on Facebook.

Todd, a 2-year-old Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix, is a quiet, playful dog and likes to cuddle. He weighs 8 to 10 pounds. Todd likes being around other dogs and cats and also interacts well with children. Animal Rescue of Tracy volunteers recommend him as a family pet. The nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group has pet adoption fairs for dogs and cats this week from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Macy’s wing of the West Valley Mall, 3200 Naglee Road. Members will also make arrangements to show animals in rescue during the week. For information: 642-4324 or www.animalrescuetracy.org.

Richie, a 9-week-old kitten, weighs just 2 pounds, but he is ready to be adopted into a new home. This loving little cat is one of several kittens available from East of Eden, a nonprofit animal rescue organization that has pet fairs from noon to 3 p.m. Saturdays at Petco, 2888 Grant Line Road. For information: 815-5186 or www.eoerescue.org.
