Mrs. Loggins, a native of Coweta, Okla., was born Oct. 21, 1917. She was a member of Good News Baptist Church, the Golden Agers Club and Lolly Hanson Senior Center Sewing Club.
Survivors include six children, Nina Marlow of Sacramento, Lawrence Loggins, and his wife, Carolyn, of South Carolina, Joyce Loggins of Brentwood, Evelyn Melson, and her husband, Bill, of San Jose, L. Allen Loggins Jr. of Southern California and Gary Loggins, and his wife, Darleen, of Fremont; a brother, Curbie Stowe, and his wife, Dorothy, of Wasco; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 58 years, L. Allen Loggins Sr., who died in 1994; a daughter, Madge Walker; and five siblings, John Stowe, twins Leo and Lonzo Stowe, Obie Stowe and Louisa Washington.
The Nov. 15 services will begin at 1 p.m. at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., is handling arrangements.
