{As a result of an article posted by San Joaquin County's Tracy Press, immediate actions were implemented in order to prevent this kind of thing form ever happening ... again}

(Which of the possible outcomes might be true?)

A)Cautionary Disclaimer! When parallel parking or backing-up - 'Things may appear Larger' - while peering out your front room window, using binoculars?

B)"Little Willie" was chastised for not wearing a sweater, this time of year?

C)Car manufactures observe significant 4Q rise as complimentary towels will be passed out to the first 500 naked men, at local participating dealerships?

D)Congress meets for so-called "immediate emergency session" to vote on a Bill!
