Last week’s Remember When mystery photo, above left, showed Blaine Hill, a determined advocate for handicapped parking during the 1990s in Tracy, checking out a handicapped parking space.

Hill surveyed commercial and multifamily parking areas to make sure sufficient handicapped parking was provided. He approached the City Council on a number of occasions and one time presented a petition bearing 500 names seeking better enforcement of handicapped parking regulations in Tracy.

No one identified Hill.

This week’s Remember When mystery photo, above right, shows Tracy teenagers signing up for activities in 1953. Who are those in the photo, and where were the sign-ups taking place?
