Tracy High senior Gregory Trevino, a 6-foot-2, 280-pound lineman on the Bulldog football team, received a National Athleadership Grant on Friday, July 26.

Trevino was honored by the National Collegiate Scouting Association Athletic Recruiting of Chicago.

The award gives Trevino access to scouting and recruiting experts within the NCSA and the National Football League Players Association to help him find opportunities for college athletic scholarships.

Trevino was recognized with the award for his leadership, athletic and academic accomplishments. He was required to submit a written essay explaining his qualifications.
