• Marcas Wayne Sanders, son of Elizabeth and Mark Sanders of Tracy, was born April 22, 2013, at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital weighing 8 pounds, 5 ounces. Marcas has a brother, Lucas, and a sister, Marissa. His maternal grandparents are Sue Rupe and Mal Cowen of Tracy and Riverbank, and his paternal grandparents are Marvin and Jane Sanders of Utah. Great-grandmother Clara Vanloon lives in Gabbs, Nev.



• Austin Matthew Williams was born April 23, 2013, at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital to Dina and Aaron Williams of Pleasanton. Austin weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and birth. He is the brother of Vanessa Arbuckle and grandson of Bill and Lynn Partridge and Diane and Mark Williams, all of Pleasanton. His great-grandparents are Robert and Jeanette Berry of Oakdale and Ed and Alta Rav of Sunnydale.



• Andre James Garcia was born April 23, 2013, to Jamiee Christine Bowen and Anthony Michael Garcia Sr. of Tracy. He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces at birth at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Andre is the brother of Anthony Garcia Jr. and grandson of Susan Bohen and Bill Beatovich of Tracy and Ondreah Garcia of Sacramento. His great-grandparents are Ann Bohen, Charlene Beatovich, Sally Dickinson and Charles Wiltz.



• Brayden Ezekiel Ferris, son of Samantha and Trevor Ferris of Tracy, was born April 24, 2013, at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Brayden weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and has one sister, Ryleigh Ferris. His grandparents are Robert and Jill Hutter of Tracy, Rebecca Ferris of Livermore and Ken Ferris of Hailey, Idaho. Great-grandparents are Carolyn Yost of Tracy, Teddy Hutter of Chester, N.J., Una Skadden of Nipomo and Richard and Joyce Ferris of Roseville.



• Colton Thomas Dilbeck was born to Kayla Martin and Marc Dilbeck of Tracy on April 26, 2013. He weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces at birth at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Colton is the grandson of Kami and Bob Martin of Discovery Bay and Tom and Nanette Dilbeck of Chico. Great-grandparents are Don and Doree Loesch of San Ramon and Alice and Everett Cordeiro of Chico. Colton has one brother, Austin Dilbeck.



• Seth Liam Hutcherson, a 7-pound, 1-ounce baby boy, was born April 29, 2013, at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital to Wendy and Rick Hutcherson of Manteca. Seth has a brother, Holden, and a sister, Clarinda. His grandparents are Clarinda and Edward Ratekin of Stockton and Mary Willets of Centralia, Wash.



• Arwen Rose Dykzeul, daughter of Maggie and Nicholas Dykzeul of Tracy, was born April 29, 2013, at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Arwen measured 19 inches long and weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces. She is the sister of Jayne Dykzeul and granddaughter of Esther Sorensen of Tracy, Jorgen Sorensen of Mi-Wuk Village and Art and Suzanne Dykzeul of Tracy. Great-grandparents are Corry Dykzeul of Acampo and Bud and Julie Lisle of Turlock.



• Vincent Noel Garcia was born to Selida Lopez and Fernando Garcia Jr. of Tracy on April 30, 2013. Vincent weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces at birth at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. He has three brothers, Fernando Garcia III, Isaiah M. Garcia and Isaac S. Garcia. Vincent’s grandparents are Ralph Martinez and Sylvia Lopez of Tracy, Fernando Garcia Sr. of Cihuatlán, Jalisco, Mexico, and Carmen Lizarraga of Tracy. His maternal great-grandparents are Larry and Brigitte Gould of Tracy, and his paternal great-grandparents are Maria and the late Inocencio Monjes of Tracy and Genaro and Teresa Garcia of Cihuatlán.



• Khalisy Zepeda, daughter of Maria Valenzuela and Oscar Zepeda, was born May 2, 2013, at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces. Khalisy has a brother, Emiliano Zepeda, and two sisters, AnnaBell and IzaBell Zepeda. Her grandparents are Rumaldo and Guadalupe Valenzuela of Stockton and Mario and Beatriz Zepeda of Tracy.
