Cynthia Jo “Cindy” Jessup, 65, of Tracy, died Wednesday, May 8, in Tracy. All services are private, and burial will be in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road.

• Louisiana native Mary Whyte, 86, of Tracy, died Tuesday, May 7, in Stockton. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., followed by burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Visitation will be observed at the funeral home before the service, beginning at 9 a.m.

Christopher M. Cole, 38, a lifelong Tracy resident, died Tuesday, May 7, in Hayward. A chapel service will begin at 1 p.m. Monday, May 13, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., followed by burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Visitation will be observed from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 12, at the funeral home. • Services have been held for Antonio Roman Rivas, 83, a retired ranch foreman and electronics repairman, who died April 30. A memorial service began at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 10971 Dublin Canyon Road, in Pleasanton. A private inurnment service will be planned at a later date.

• A former Tracy resident, William E. “Bill” Dickerson, 84, died April 19 in Manteca. Private graveside services are planned at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road.

• Private services have been held for Patricia A. Bachman, 62, a 19-year Tracy resident, who died April 13. Services took place Sunday, May 5.

Eldon Daniel Riggins, a former Tracy resident who was self-employed as a welder and mechanic, died March 29 at his home in Lathrop. He was 84. No services are planned.
