This 3-year-old Labrador retriever-collie mix needs a home with an active family of adults or teenagers. Bella loves to ride in the car, play fetch, go for walks and jogs and relax with her people. Her former owners moved and were no longer able to care for her. Rescue volunteers suggest that Bella would thrive as the only pet of experienced large-dog owners who could fine-tune her training and engage her border collie work ethic. Animal Rescue of Tracy is a nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue group that has pet adoption fairs for dogs and cats from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 4 p.m. Sundays at the West Valley Mall.
