Children make their way down Central Avenue to the Grand Theatre during the Downtown Halloween Parade and Movies on the Plaza on Friday, sponsored by the city of Tracy, Comcast and the downtown business association. This year’s parade was moved to the evening and featured an hour of trick-or treating at businesses along 10th Street and Central Avenue before children and adults gathered for the parade.
