being mentally ill and said she was once involved in one case of physical

family neglect.

converter from a car at the Driftwood Apartments at 800 W. Grant Line Road.

2:09 p.m.: A man who mumbles a lot and frequents the Tracy

Public Library at 20 E. Eaton Ave. walked up to a patron and asked him to

fight. When the patron said no, the man walked away.

Avenue.

8:12 p.m.: A caller from Tracy Auto Sales at 595 E. 11th

being fixed has not returned phone call, and he wants to get the car back.
